Belarus-USA: A Breakthrough unlikely

As Belarus lifts a cap on the number of U.S. diplomats allowed in the country, a full-scale work of the U.S. Embassy in Minsk will undoubtedly expand opportunities to develop the relations between the two countries. Nevertheless, this bold step of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry will unlikely improve the relations between  Belarus and the USA, maintains Andrei Kazakevich.
