- Production began to grow, but the sustainability of recovery remains in doubt
- The bottom in consumption has probably passed
- Inflation is at the historical minimum
- State debt is refinanced
- External price conditions have stabilised
- Real salary has increased, but the labor market retains the features of depressiveness
