Belarusian entrepreneurship: the prospects of forming a new economic elite

Formation of the new economic elite of Belarus, admittedly, is a major determinant of the transformation. What place in this process takes a business? On the solution of this issue depends not only further economic policy, but also the so-called mental map of the country, its vector, and therefore choices and preferences of Belarus.
