Economic scenario until the end of the year

In 2015, for the first time in 20 years, the presidential elections will take place in the situation of outright economic recession, dicresing wages and lowering  living standards in Belarus. The authorities of the country have the task to select one of the scenarios for further economic development. In this review, we tried to consider the options available.
