Civil society and political opposition have a particular view of reforms in Belarus

A study of civil societie's and political opposition's view of reforms in the country helps to evaluate their potential role in the reform and the opportunity to engage in the process of transformation, if such an opportunity arises. As a part of the REFORUM project,  BISS conducted a study of the views of representatives of non-governmental organizations and political opposition on the attitude of civil society to reforms in Belarus. It helps to evaluate the change in attitudes in 2014-2015, as well as to compare the results of the survey of other groups: general population, officials and businessmen.
