Eastern Partnership as an innovation: how to change the European space

This document proposes a number of innovations concerning the further development of the Eastern Partnership. The main direction of development is the formation of the European region, which brings together six partner countries and the consolidation of a new relationship between the EU and this region, based on the principles of a "common Europe".
