European Dialogue for modernization with Belarusian society (Position paper)

In response to the initiative "European Dialogue for Modernization" a number of Belarusian think tanks and civil society organizations - participants of the meeting on March 29 - present the position of the principles, bases, possible format and content of the modernization process.
