Human capital: the integration of Belarus into the international scientific-technical space

The study examined the institutional conditions and forms of international cooperation in the sphere of innovation at the level of companies, organizations and government; evaluated the intensity of international flows of resources (in the form of patents) and outputs (technologies, high-tech and knowledge-intensive goods and services) of the innovation process; discussed barriers for Belarus to entry into the world of scientific and technical space and present a proposal to eliminate some of them.
