Human Capital: Return on Education

Human capital is regularly reviewed by the Belarusian authors as competitive advantage and potential factor of economic growth. It is considered in terms of demography, education, science, health, foreign trade and etc. However, none of the works of Belarusian authors does not provide quantitative assessment of the human capital that could be used to assess its contribution to economic growth. This work is intended to fill this gap through econometric evaluation of the impact on the formation and subsequent build dynamic series of human capital.
