The project "Reforum" was carried out from January 2013 to February 2017 and became not only the main project of BISS, but also one of the most ambitious projects which Belarusian expert community have ever realised.
The project involved more than 90 local and international experts, have created 16 units of proposals to improve the rules of the game in various fields: from disability policy to innovative development of the country and from anti-monopoly regulation to inbound tourism. Due to a significant spread of thematic focus of Reforum, complication of the project and complexity of expert proposals in this text, we had to combine the findings of the project with creation of a clear and understandable navigation system in our expert texts.
This text is structured in the following way: the next chapter is devoted to the 10 main achievements of the project, then we looks at the priorities of society, authorities, business and civil society, briefly outline the problems identified by these groups and solutions to them.
