Implementation of the Roadmap requirements in the draft Code of Education

This is an analytical report on the compliance of the draft Code of the Republic of Belarus on education with the commitments undertaken by Belarus in the framework of the Roadmap for reforming the system of higher education. This document contains:
a list of commitments under the Roadmap;
commentary on the implementation of these commitments in the draft Code of Education;
conclusions on the completeness of implementation of these commitments;
recommendations on the deeper implementation of the Roadmap requirements in the Education Code of the Republic of Belarus.
