Reformist conservatives

Abnormal dynamics of social attitudes in 2014 generated an unexpectedly high ductility consciousness of ordinary citizens. Television, monopolized by the state, as in Soviet times, is still out of competition. It would seem that the Internet allows, without much effort to find alternative information. They are almost two-thirds of the Belarusians. But the ability to critically evaluate the mass consciousness teleplots remains at extremely low levels.
