The social contract: dual strategy

Wave of the crisis has not led to the destruction of confidence to the Belarusian government. Consent of the population with the basic parameters of the "social contract" (according to the wording of the study in 2009) remained at the same level. Moreover, Belarusians have been above evaluate the services offered them a state, and at the same time - to demand from the state less, more relying on themselves. On the basis of the index of "degree of agreement" with the "social contract" and the evaluation of its key provisions, we conclude that the "social contract" as a public offer regime still supported by population.
