The rural face of Gomel "vertical"

Gomel region is the largest in all respects in Belarus. The area of its territory - almost four and a half thousand square kilometers, accounting for one fifth of the territory of the republic. At the beginning of the year in the area lived 1.425 million people, representing more than 15% of the population of Belarus. In urban areas live 75.3% of the total population of the region.
