Suggestions for the priorities of the EU-Belarus under the National Indicative Programme and the role of civil society in its development (Policy Paper)

This document provides discussion on the priorities of the National Indicative Programme 2012-2013 for Belarus, as well as on the approaches to the elaboration of such programs in the future. Recognizing the importance of cooperation strategies and the financial assistance for our country, the civil society has to speak about the shortcomings and gaps.
