Since March 2006, Belarus has entered a new period of its history. The last presidential elections completed the transition from one phase to another and March 2006 became a symbolic date when "the regime, its officials of the Belarus agreed that Lukashenko has no competitors, that the regime has lasted long and that the country has come to stability ".
