E-participation as an instrument of inclusive public administration

The authors of the document discuss the creation of special electronic services in Belarus for public discussion of draft laws as well as an electronic platform that allows citizens to collect signatures for certain legislative initiatives, which are then mandatory for consideration by the Parliament.
