Governance and self-governance in Belarus

In Belarus there is no self-government. In particular, there is no local government. This becomes clear to anyone who starts to deal with the question of controling management system in our country. The first thing to be moticed is that the principles of self-government do not comply with the so-called "local government" in Belarus.
