Human Capital: Human resources of Belarusian Science

The researcher came to the conclusion that the main challenges for the Belarusian science are downsizing, as well as the aging of workers in research and development. In addition, the expert notes excessive concentration of personnel in the system of the NAS of Belarus and its isolation from the universities and industry. Finally, there was a sharp drop in social status of science (and scientists) in the Belarusian society and the reduction in income of scientists.
