Ministry of Emergency Situations: today and tomorrow

Society does not pay significant attention to the MOE as other law enforcement agencies. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of its activities affect the lives and health of almost every one of us. Already in the foreseeable future, the nature of challenges faced by rescuers largely change and their scale increase. What could exacerbate the already existing problems of the Ministry. With the account of the limitations of the public finances, further steps are needed to ensure the effective operation of the rescue department in the new conditions.
