Research Center of the Institute for Privatization and Management

The Research Center of the Institute for Privatization and Management is an independent think tank, specializing in economic and social research (established in 1999). Apart from researching, monitoring and forecasting of the economic situation in Belarus, the Center promotes professional and public dialogue on national economic development.

The IPM Research Center cooperates with Belarusian and foreign analytical centers, civil society groups, public organizations, and international financial institutions working in Belarus. The Center also provides information and consultancy services in economics and business. It is a strategic partner of the IPM Business School.

The IPM Research Center is a member of the CASE research network (Center for Social and Economic Research Foundation, one of the leading European think tanks working on social and economic research) and actively cooperates with the organizations of that network, one of the most important partners being CASE Belarus and CASE Ukraine. The other partners are the Belarusian Economic Research and Outreach Center (BEROC), the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISS), Berlin Economics, Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics (SITE), UNITER Investment Company, the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE).
