Road Map for the promotion of Belarus in the framework of the "Eastern Partnership": contacts between people in the cultural sphere

The study offers the necessary next steps for the various actors involved in the process of integration of Belarus into the European space through the sphere of culture. These steps are aimed primarily at creating the institutional framework for the implementation of the cultural policy of Belarus, built-in the European cultural processes.
