Summary 

In a pioneering study, CASE Belarus has evaluated the effectiveness of social interventions in Belarus. In the analytical report, one can find the results of effectiveness evaluation of the social services towards orphans, young disabled and released prisoners provided by Belarusian NGOs.

The report consists of four sections. The first section is devoted to the description of the methodology of cost-benefit analysis used for the evaluation. Each of the following sections is devoted to a particularly vulnerable group, which includes a description of the intervention, the calculation of its effectiveness, a detailed description of costs and an assessment of socio-economic benefits.
