Watchdog function in the perception of the Belarusian public organizations. A needs assessment of NGOs in civil observation

Based on the analysis results of the study  set of ideas were identified about the functioning of civilian control (watchdog function, civil cases) among NGOs in Belarus;  thematic areas and areas where there is a need to implement the function of civilian control (watchdog function, civil cases).
