The political-business cycle in Belarus, or political economy of trust to the president

Belarus, we are seeing a situation of "sustainable" cyclical: although the consumer is aware of the oscillation periods of the dynamics of income (and realizing that the growth followed by decline), in the moments of their growth, they demonstrate an increased loyalty to the government, resulting in the growth of the trust rating. And since the existence of a situation completely rational trade loyalty is unlikely (in other words, the pattern of behavior "when I grow wages, then and only then I will support the authorities' hardly exists), fluctuations in the trust act not only as an evaluation of the effectiveness of economic policy "here and now", but also as an indicator of citizens' confidence in the ability of the authorities to fulfill the obligations of the social contract.
