The social contract: employees

Summary 
The study leads us to several conclusions: The degree of involvement of employees in the group "social contract" has decreased. From a set of clusters in the group of employees disappeared cluster "dependent paternalists." At the same time, as before, belonging to a particular cluster is largely determined by the level of education of a particular respondent. Most representatives of this category decreased expectations regarding the implementation of the State's obligations. The majority of respondents say that their standard of living over the last year has decreased or not changed, and the negative assessment of his prospects of promotion. There was an increase in assessments of the quality performance of the State's obligations under the "social contract" with (as mentioned above), while the fall of expectations.
